Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for cancellations may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request details.

If your order has already been prepared for shipment or has left our facility, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to wait until you receive the package and then initiate a return following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's price, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase if applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and proof of return shipment. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation and provide you with a resolution.
